Valeria Kostyugova is a political analyst and political strategist. She has led the Agency of Social and Political Expert Appraisal (Vilnius, Lithuania) since 2013. She is an editor and compiler of Belarusian Yearbook (since 2008) and a moderator of the Nashe Mnenie (Our Opinion) website. She is the editor of ‘Belarus in Focus’ analytical weekly commentaries and the author of a study entitled “Russo-Belarusian relations: terms, state and prospects”.

Dzianis Melyantsou, MA in Political Science, is a political analyst, Coordinator of the Belarusian Foreign Policy Programme within the ‘Minsk Dialogue’ expert initiative. Field of expertise: international relations, domestic and international security, Belarus' foreign policy, relations with the European Union and the United States.
Anatol Pankouski, Ph.D., is a political analyst and philosopher. He is the editor-in-chief of the Nashe Mnenie (Our Opinion) analytical website, an editor of Belarusian Yearbook (since 2008), and a participant in several research projects. He is the author of papers on the history of political ideas and articles devoted to theoretical aspects of political knowledge and analysis of political processes in Belarus and other post-Soviet states. Field of expertise: Russo-Belarusian relations.
